I am based in Denmark on CET and work with clients worldwide. Typical working availability is 07:00 to 00:00 on weekdays and 11:00 to 03:00 at weekends. Outside those hours I respond when I can. I would rather say that than advertise 24/7.
Useful things to include
- Who hosts the machine, and roughly what it runs
- Whether you take card payments or hold customer data
- What has gone wrong before, if anything
- Whether anyone currently maintains it
