One person, and that is deliberate.
Wardio is run by David Kabel from Slagelse, Denmark. When you email, that is who replies. When something breaks, that is who fixes it. There is no account manager and no tier-one queue.
That has an obvious upside and an obvious limit, and pretending otherwise would be the wrong way to start. The upside is that the person who set your server up is the person who knows why it is configured that way, and you are never explaining your environment to someone new. The limit is capacity. I take on a number of machines I can actually look after, and if a guaranteed out-of-hours response time is a hard requirement for you, say so early so we can price it honestly or agree that I am not the right fit.
I have been running production infrastructure for paying clients since 2023. Recent work includes rebuilding a network to carry 1,500 concurrent users, including a custom load-balancing component across its proxy layer, and setting up GRE tunnelling across a hosting provider's fleet after their team had been stuck on it for months. Backups, intrusion detection, DDoS mitigation and recovery are the ordinary week.
You do not have to take my word for any of that. Clients have said it publicly, with names and dates, since 2023. Read it here.
